JLS Engineering was established by Johnny Sims, P.E. in 2016. He is a Licensed Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. JLS Engineering specializes in Land Development Projects for Commercial, Residential, and Multifamily Development. Our services include Planning, Plating, Permitting, Civil Engineering, Utilities, Traffic Control, and Construction Management.
Based in Fort Worth, we serve Developers, Property Owners, Architects, Construction Companies, and Traffic Control Companies throughout Texas. Our team brings deep regional knowledge and technical expertise to every project.
